Shipping
AUS domestic shipping
Shipping within Australia is usually dispatched within 1-3 business days from purchase. Your items will be sent by the standard shipping method via Australia Post. Our products are handmade so in rare cases may take a little longer in which you can expect the arrival to be between 1-3 weeks (depending on our order volumes at the time). All of our shipping is a standard flat rate of $10.00 AUD per order. Once the items you have purchase have been shipped you will receive a notification and tracking number via email.
International shipping
International shipping is shipped within 1-3 business days. In rare cases the order can take a little longer due to our products being handmade and high volume of orders. International shipping is a standard flat rate per purchase of $20.00 AUD and comes with a tracking number.
Returns
Return Cost
For returns within Australia and New Zealand, we will provide you a return label to organise sending the item back at no cost to the buyer. Once we have received the item we will refund you the total amount for your returned item/s.
30 Days to Return
If you are unhappy with an item due to disfunction or damage we will happily provide you an exchange or refund. The return process will need to be started within 30 days from the date the buyer has received the item via post. The buyer will need to send back the item and once it is received will be issued the refund or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges
If your item is not up to scratch in the way it was intended to be, we will happily accept returns and exchanges. Please notify us of the issue you are experiencing and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange. Once we have approved the request we will send you a return label to ship the item back. Once we have received the item we will issue your refund/exchange.
